Presidential Automotive Group, Inc. got its start in 1996
with a commitment to sell used automobiles of higher quality and
standards. We here at Presidential Automotive know that
without our clients we would not be where we are today. Our desire
is to make your next car purchasing experience as unforgettable and
comfortable as possible.
Meet the Staff
Mr. Zackery 'Zack' Owens
Owner
Zackery has been selling quality highline, luxury cars for almost a
decade in the Tidewater area. He is highly regarded as the area's
leading dealer in pre-owned luxury autos like Mercedes Benz, BMW,
Infinity, Lexus, and Jaguar. He personally scours the entire East
Coast looking for only the best for his customers.
This kind of commitment has caused for recognition from some of
Zack's colleages. Presidential Automotive Group has been a
proud member of VIADA, a group of Virginia Independent Dealers
dedicated to Trade fairness and high ethical standards. Zack is
proud to serve as President of the VIADA. On the past he has also
served as the Tidewater District's President and as Vice President
on a State level. He is highly regarded by dealers in an honest and
honorable manner.

Hi! Allow me to introduce myself. I am the new General Manager of
Presidential Automotive Group. I have been in the automotive industry
for the past 26 years in the greater Hampton Roads and surrounding area.
I have managed some of the top franchises in the area such as Hall Auto
Group, Riddle Auto Group, and the Checkered Flag Auto Group; just to name
a few. So you say why Presidential Automotive Group? Because of the integrity
of its owner, Zackery Owens, who has a work ethic that is truly unheard of
in this industry. To sum up his attitude takes only three words; Let's Be
